WHAT NOT INCLUDED WITHIN THE BUFFET PRICES CHINA PLATES & CUTLERY China plates & cutlery can be hired at a charge of £1.00 per set (consisting of a large plate, small plate or bowl, large knife, fork & spoon, small knife, fork & spoon. Requirement for hire are that all plates and cutlery will be clean when returned. Not applicable when the event is staffed by Steve’s catering) STAFF Food can be staffed at an additional cost of £12 per hour per server (minimum of 4 hours) A recommended staffing number would be: 20+ guest = 1 extra server 50+ guest = 2 extra serves 100+ guest = 3 extra serves
